Victoria Pride Parade 2008, Sunday, 6 July 2008

VARCS participated in the PRIDE Parade and Festival once again on July 6th, 2008! It was an incredibly beautiful day, the parade had some great participants and it was the biggest crowd I’ve seen yet at the festival!

This year VARCS decided to something a little different, we went in "drag". It was a lot of fun walking in the parade, handing out "sex pax" to the relevant onlookers and candy to the children! VARCS dressed up our booth this year with red balloons, streamers and carnations. The beer gardens were booming and the band was playing! It was a great day!
