Goodbye & Good Luck Michael!
As you know, Michael Yoder who was the Executive Director for so long has resigned from VARCS and is no longer here. (Insert sobbing!) Michael's dedication, courage, commitment, creativity and sense of humor has left VARCS with an incredible legacy.
Along with Michael's years of perseverance, we want to respect Gary's vision and the work he did, as well as all the committed board members and volunteers.
As VARCS loses an incredible leader and loyal man who tirelessly educated and advocated about HIV/AIDS, whatever Michael chooses to do next, those around him will benefit greatly!

We wish Michael luck and know that incredible opportunities will come to him. As well as the social issues Michael worked on, he is also an amazing artist. Many of you already know this. I'm sure we will see Michael's art pieces around the community and on a larger scope!
So, it is with a sadness, yet also excitement for Michael's next endeavors that we say goodbye, you are a wonderful co-worker (and yes, boss!) friend and activist!
